The Care Leaders Fellowship is a pioneering 12-month leadership programme designed to empower individuals with the entrepreneurial skills and knowledge necessary to address and solve social issues faced by care-experienced individuals.

The Fellowship Programme
A 12-Month Leadership Programme
Overview
Over the course of 12 months, our programme offers a comprehensive experience that encompasses six key areas. Each area is designed to provide fellows with the entrepreneurial skills, and knowledge to solve social issues for care experienced people.

12 Module Blended Learning Programme
A comprehensive curriculum covering essential entrepreneurial skills and social innovation strategies.

2 Leadership Retreats
Intensive 4-day sessions in January and October designed to teach human first leadership skills, and the skills to set up and launch projects to solve issues for care experienced people.

Monthly
Sessions
Face-to-face and virtual sessions. Face-to-face sessions are one-day events hosted at various locations across the UK, while virtual sessions are 4-hour online workshops.

Digital Marketing Incubator
Guidance and resources to effectively promote and grow initiatives online.

Fundraising Opportunities
Access to networks and resources to secure funding for their projects.

Who can apply?
The Fellowship is open to people who are passionate about solving social issues for care-experienced individuals, who want to learn entrepreneurial skills, and can commit to the 12-month programme.

Criteria to Apply​
The Care Leaders Fellowship is open to everyone above the age of 18. Our only criterion is that you are working with care-experienced individuals, the services they receive or independently in the care experienced space.
This criterion will be met if you are:
Care
Experienced
Defined as people who have lived experience of care, and want to improve services.
Working for a Local Authority
You will be working directly with care experienced people or the services they receive.
Developing an Project
To apply you have to have an idea for an event, project or other - that's aim is to solve social issues for care experienced people.
A Independent
Anyone can apply, you just need to be working with care experienced people, or the services they recieve and want to solve social issues.
