The journey begins when applications open on the 27th of November. This is a two-part application:
1. You and your idea: In the first part, you'll provide details about yourself, your background, and your vision for creating positive change in the world of children's social care. This is your chance to showcase your passion and your idea to making a difference.
2. Secure Local Authority Support: The second part involves obtaining a 'Fellowship Agreement' from your local authority. This agreement signifies that your local authority supports your application, is willing to release you from work commitments, and is open to you testing your idea within the local authority setting.

After you've submitted your application, we'll arrange rolling interviews to dive deeper into your background, motivations, and potential contributions to the fellowship. These interviews are designed to understand your aspirations and how they align with our program's goals.
